Flint Energies has approximately 230 employees in 103 job titles representing professional, engineering, accounting, computer, construction, and support positions. The qualifications for these jobs range from requiring a high school education, or equivalent, to a master’s degree in public relations. It is our policy to promote from within when possible, however, when external positions are available, they are posted with the Georgia State Employment, various schools, colleges and organizations in the area and on all bulletin boards of the Flint offices. Applications will be issued from the corporate office in Reynolds or the Member Center at 98 Carl Vinson Parkway in Warner Robins only when there are positions available. Each position requires a separate application and the applicant’s qualifications must meet or exceed the listed minimum job requirements.
